Master Thesis on Customer Engagement in the Energy Innovation Process

ESTT members finished the supervsion of the master thesis “The role of customer engagement in the innovation process with a special regard to the energy industry”. Here is the abstract:

This thesis aims at investigating the role of customer engagement in the innovation process of companies with a special regard to the energy industry. A systematic literature identifies the key literature on customer engagement, its antecedents and the relevant sub-processes. These findings are connected to the innovation process within companies and a conceptual framework is derived and applied to the energy industry. Specifics for the energy industry are highlighted and propositions are derived.
