In June 2020, selected students from WU’s SIMC master program presented findings to partner executives as part of the business project courses.
This semester’s business project focused on developing (digital) strategies for transforming industries. Equipped with several state-of-the-art project management, firm analysis, and industry analysis tools, students analyzed this focus in two phases. In the first phase, students conducted in-depth analysis of partners’ core competences and the current trend landscape of the energy industry. In the second phase, student teams assessed and conducted deep dives to develop future scenarios.
